The Deluxe Family Room offers a cozy experience. The patio restaurant provides a nice spot to enjoy some mountain views, albeit limited to street views in some rooms.

Accessing the hotel involves a steep uphill walk for about 800 meters, which can be a hassle when lugging bags. while the standard rooms face the back, the Deluxe rooms only offer a street view, leaving more desirable mountain vistas limited to the patio area. Noise from nearby rooms can disrupt the peace, especially if guests arrive late.

The stay featured cozy rooms equipped with electric blankets, which were appreciated during the cool nights. The helpful staff, particularly Paul and Chewang, provided excellent hospitality and made sure all needs were met. the manager’s rudeness soured some experiences, with noticeable lapses in service and professionalism. the cafe's offerings were decent, but could benefit from more variety beyond hot sandwiches.

Enjoyed nice flat-screen TV in a clean room. Check-in was smooth but laundry service was slow.
